The Parapsychology and Investigations Research Society, is a paranormal organization of dedicated Paranormal investigators, Parapsychologists, Paranormal researchers, Demonologists, Spiritual healers and Counsellors dealing in the scientific study concerned with the investigation of paranormal and psychic phenomena. We at P.A.I.R.S aim to find the nature of human and its mind through intensive research, experiments and investigations. The P.A.I.R.S is an organization, that has dedicated itself to remove the fear of the unknown by educating the mass with its research work.

The Parapsychology And Investigations Research Society is the official working arm of our organization, the Parapsychology Reformative Social Society ( P.R.S.S) which is registered under the Government of India Society Act.

Our mission is to remove the fear,superstitions and bust the myths, that many people still believe blindly, by anomalous research, investigations and by educating the people through our work. We at P.A.I.R.S aim to find the nature of the human and its mind through intensive research, experiments and investigations.

To become one of the most trusted resource in the field of anomalous research, by providing evidences through our research, experiments and investigations. We envision, an organisation where common people can learn about human and its mind by conducting effective research and learn certain life skills. Moreover, our organisation will include people from variety of backgrounds without any discrimation.

To overcome his own fears regarding the unknown, Sarbajeet Mohanty, conducted a small research to find the number of people fearing from darkness or unknown or the super natural. He was astonished to see the numbers. He realised, he was not the only one. And this gave Sarbajeet the boost to research on such phenomenon. In the year 2013, he formed a paranormal team(Indian Paranormal Team, as the Founder from 2013-2016), and started his venture to investigate the paranormal and other psychic phenomenon using scientific methods. Later, he did his demonology course from the New Life Ministry Church School,Ohio and was ordained by the Universal Church.

Coincidentally, in the same year, Pooja Vijay started experiencing phenomenon that left her dumbstruck. Her family members started hearing voices. The voices were as clear as "Don't play here". The wires and the air conditioners burnt automatically, leaving the electrician with no possible explanation. It was then, she started researching on paranormal phenomenon vividly. Later she became a Psychic Developer, after getting certified from Thomas Francis University (Paranexus) and also became a Reiki Master.

In the year 2016, both thought of bringing down science and spirituality together to form the Parapsychology and Investigations Research Society.
